Code of Conduct
<\/strong>Our Code of Conduct formulates our basic understanding of responsible, legally compliant behavior and thus forms the foundation for a healthy corporate culture and long-term, sustainable corporate success.<\/p>

Our stakeholders such as employees, customers and clients, suppliers and subcontractors, shareholders and the public expect us - PK Rohstoffe - to comply with applicable laws and guidelines, respect ethical principles and act sustainably at all times and in all places.<\/p>

Whistleblower system
<\/strong>At PK Rohstoffe, it is possible to contact an internal, outsourced and independent whistleblower portal in the event of suspicion or knowledge of illegal or unethical behavior and thus contribute to the detection of breaches of regulations.\u00a0<\/p>

Misconduct by employees in our group of companies as well as our suppliers and service providers can be reported with regard to possible violations of the law or acts damaging to the company, such as corruption, bribery, fraud, other criminal acts, child labor, slavery, lack of occupational safety, exploitation and discrimination.\u00a0<\/p>

Whistleblowers do not suffer any disadvantage as a result of reporting. Reports can be made in German and English. Reports can also be made anonymously if desired.<\/p>
