Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct formulates our basic understanding of responsible, legally compliant behavior and thus forms the foundation for a healthy corporate culture and long-term, sustainable corporate success.

Our stakeholders such as employees, customers and clients, suppliers and subcontractors, shareholders and the public expect us - PK Rohstoffe - to comply with applicable laws and guidelines, respect ethical principles and act sustainably at all times and in all places.

Whistleblower system
At PK Rohstoffe, it is possible to contact an internal, outsourced and independent whistleblower portal in the event of suspicion or knowledge of illegal or unethical behavior and thus contribute to the detection of breaches of regulations. 

Misconduct by employees in our group of companies as well as our suppliers and service providers can be reported with regard to possible violations of the law or acts damaging to the company, such as corruption, bribery, fraud, other criminal acts, child labor, slavery, lack of occupational safety, exploitation and discrimination. 

Whistleblowers do not suffer any disadvantage as a result of reporting. Reports can be made in German and English. Reports can also be made anonymously if desired.

The confidential reporting office (WhistleFox) can be contacted around the clock by web form, e-mail, fax or post and by telephone during normal office hours on weekdays.

It is also possible to report to external official reporting offices. These are, for example

- the Confederation's external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice;
- external reporting offices of the respective federal state;
- specifically responsible external reporting offices, e.g. the Federal Cartel Office.

Please note that the whistleblower system is not intended for complaints. If you are dissatisfied with the products or services of PK Rohstoffe, please get in touch with your contact person at the company.
